How to: Draw circles on an Excel worksheet or chart.
Solution:
Click 'Ellipse' toolbar button from the 'Drawing' toolbar. Position the cursor where the circle is to begin. Press and hold down SHIFT while dragging the mouse to draw the circle. Release the mouse button.
1) Display the 'Drawing' toolbar if it is not already shown on the screen:
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...'. (The Toolbars dialog box appears.)
b) Select the 'Drawing' check box.
c) Click 'OK'.
2) Click 'Ellipse' toolbar button.

3) Position the cursor where the circle is to begin.
4) Press and hold down the left mouse button and the SHIFT key, while dragging the mouse until the required circle size is reached.
5) Release the mouse button and the SHIFT key.
NOTE: The style, color and weight of the circle can be changed by selecting the 'Format' menu and selecting 'Object...'.
